I am probably going to purcahse these items. Can I get something better for the price or should I go with something else?

Newegg usually has the best prices, I always look there first. Whenever it comes to networking I go with Linksys. I've had great success with their products. The only thing I have used on your list is the router. It's OK for very limited range. I'm not crazy about wireless networks, but when I set one up I'd g with Linksys... Hope everything is successfully.

Stick with Linksys - after all, they are owned by Cisco, can't go wrong with Cisco.
