What are some good programs to download to ensure my computer stays quick, healthy and unclogged?

I currently use AVG Free, Spydoctor, CC cleaner, disk cleaner and defrager.

Any advice is appreciated, thanks -

That should be fine, make sure you clean registry once a week in CCleaner, scan with AVG overnight; slow scan and defrag once a month.
