Toshiba Mouse won't work

Hello all,
I've Toshiba A110 series, all is fine, suddenly the mouse on the laptop stop working?
any suggestion

there's normally a shortcut key that allows you to enable/disable the touchpad. Try to see if you've disabled the touchpad.
