Toshiba satellite a300 hard disc problem

Hello, I have new laptop from september and sometimes there is blue screen. After PC boot up again windows saying "Windows was temporarily unable to read your hard disk drive. We don't know the exact cause of the problem. In most cases, this type of condition is momentary and doesn't indicate a serious problem, but sometimes it means that a hard disk is failing."
Yesterday i try to install GTA4 and always there was blue screen, so i can't install it. When pc is idle it somethimes. I scan hard drive with HD tune, but it was ok.
Should i worry about this? or there is OS fail?

Download the program GW Scan 5.12. Need to burn it to a cd, then boot from it. Once your in the program, run a quick test on the drive. If it passes, run the extended test. If it fails the test, it'll give you a log on the issue. If it passes, insert your Windows disc and repair the installation.

Sounds like a motherboard issue.

maybe that is true, because when i boot cd i choose run GWSCAN512. then i say that no hard disc found. if you press any button then pc not responding and show "disc A is not ready for use" then only thing what can i do to press power button, because nothing responding

it doesnt work. today again was blue screen. I reformated hard disc, but again same error
