It's seem I spend little too much money on motherboard, but I like this motherboard layout for efficient heat dissipation.

I am only using one videocard install on motherboard, so I only need one video card slot. I don't like how the cheaper motherboard layout that don't have better efficient heat dissipation than GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H

That's a good setup there. One thing though - Ivy Bridge. It's coming out on the 29th. Can you wait until then before you upgrade? If you can't, then that motherboard will work with both the 2500K and the Ivy Bridge CPUs.

Looks good, but might as well wait for Ivy Bridge and see what the prices are. The 2500ks might go down in price, as well.

Good RAM, too. Got the same sticks.

Looks nice!
Makes me want to throw my stuff in the trash can.
I agree with the others if you can wait a couple of weeks.
CPU prices are going to change on the Sandy's or maybe you will want an Ivy.

Yes I would advise you to. As soon as Ivy Bridge comes out, get an i5 3570K (that's going to be the 2500K's replacement) and then everything else which you listed above. :)

good money, good stuff.
Yes, machine price always goes down if you can wait, but on the other hand, if you don't care the little bit money then buy and enjoy it early otherwise wait for a while can save money.

Question for motherboard. F6 bios verson is for Ivy Bridge CPU. I think I will get F5 bios verson when I get new motherboard. Will Ivy Bridge CPU work on F5 until I able to install window 7 64 bit then flash bios to F6? Thanks.

If you purchase it the day of it releasing, it may or may not have the most up-to-date BIOS and may or may not run the ivy bridge CPUs. If you wait for a few days, all the new motherboards should have the newest BIOS on it.

If you get the motherboard and Ivy Bridge chip, and it does not boot, you'll have to find a CPU to make it boot, either from a friend, or a cheap single core online.

I am not please with Ivy Bridge Benchmark compare to Sandy Bridge. So I am going to order this and hopefully it will make Civilization V run much faster. I am planing to overclock Sandy Bridge.

Which fans? or you have better cooling fans.
