Upgrade time! best mobo, cpu, ramp combo under $450

I haven't posted in awhile, but i'm back for help.

I don't really have a preference for AMD or Intel, whichever gives the most bang for the buck. The New AMD 6 cores look interesting, and the i5-750 looks like a good deal, but I don't know.

I want to be able to overclock to the 3.8-4 ghz range with whatever I get, and I would like the possibility of crossfire in the future. I game mostly and do video editing.

I have a 5870 for video right now so i'm good there, I also plan on getting the corsair H50 cooler.

So any suggestions on a mobo/cpu/ram combo under $450?

What about an i7-750, asus P7P55D EVO, 4GB DDR3 1600 ripjaws, for $459??

I can get the same mobo open box for like $60 cheaper.

its i5-750 ;)

Right now AMD is a better option
since the new bull dozer series will be supported by AM3 socket.

the 1156 is not futureproof.
And you can also overclock with AMD.
