Upgrading my Laptop

In a few days, I'm picking up a Asus G73JH laptop I found on craigslist for 600$!
The cons of the machine are as follows:
-5400rpm HDD
-6 gigs of 1066 DDR3

With all of this money that Im saving from getting it off craigslist, I want to fix those cons and upgrade.

Heres what I have found:
- The laptop has 2 HDD bays so I would add this for OS and the 2 or 3 games I play the most: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227510
- RAM Replacement: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231342

Are these my best options and deals I can get? I dont want to spend much over 120$.

The specs of my lappy are:
i7 740QM 1.9ghz-2.93 turbo
ATi Mobility HD5870
1600x900 17.3'' Display
Windows 7 x64

P.S. This is my DESKTOP REPLACEMENT so I want it to last a good while for gaming and video editing.

That SSD is only 32GB and after you install windows and programs it will be packed and useless.

Get an OCZ Vertex2 120GB for the boot drive..

Also, that ram says out of stock..but I'd certainly get an 8GB kit of DDR3, as you can go up to 16GB total.

My limit is pretty muhc 120 for all of this, ill worry about ram later if I have to but my os is about 8 gigs and 2-3 games that I play are only 10-12 gigs total max. Everything else goes on the other drive.

Ok, well its up to you. I'm just recommending you don't skimp on the SSD boot drive and regret it later.

Ram can be done anytime and prices fluctuate so much that a rock bottom deal will happen sooner than on an SSD.
