Virus File?

I was cleaning out moms laptop, getting rid of old pictures, songs, etc.. and I came across a file called "{8dfc6487-fc93-4720-a35e-28ecc24b97c9}" under the section "Kellis (thats what her user is called)" and I clicked on it, to see what it was. UAC popped up and made me verify that I wanted to venture into the file. Inside of the file are the following files:

fdco1.dll type: application extension
nvconrm.dll type: application extension
NVENETFD type: security catalog
nvfd6064 type: system information
nvmfdx64.sys type: system file
nvnrm.nvu type: NVU file
nvunrm.exe type: Application

I googled the last program "nvunrm.exe" and found out that it's a file from NVIDIA, but apparently the files are ONLY supposed to be in the system 32 file. If it's not in the file, it's supposedly a virus file that uses the name "nvunrm.exe" to hide itself into a file that your anti-virus program can't find. Should I delete this file?

Some of those files represents nvidia's networking controller. The last one could be malware. I would suggest you download and run malwarebytes if you haven't already, malwarebytes should detect it if its malware.
