Vista dual sound output

Possible to with Windows Visa to have Firefox, WMP, VMC to be outputting audio to one audio file and then everything else to another audio device and output sound to both devices. The one device is a HDMI output via a ATI Radeon HD 4670. The other is a Realtek ALC888 HD Audio.

If the app allows selecting what device it outputs to then yes (most media player apps allow this), but AFAIK there is no built-in OS function for app-specific output.
