i've downloaded a few other icons from vistaicons.com and i just don't know where to extract them.
according to my knowledge i know that icons are found it C:\windows\system32\shell32 but when i try to find this "shell32" folder i don't find it.
i wanna change all the icons in desktop and everywhere, and even in my taskbar.

how can i do that?

You won't find a folder called Shell32 it's a "dll" file, not a folder. I would create a folder in "My Documents" and unzip it there, when you go to change an icon just point it to the folder you made.

you must download vista theme for your OS. extract the file and run the program. don't try to alter your windows file this might ruined your OS. :d
