weird error

ok i had a printer which was already shared from a pc, all worked until today.
It's still being shared but when we try to access it, we get only the shared folders on that PC but not the printer.
The weirdest of this is that, when i go to start->run-> \\Ip of pc (on the pc sharing the printer) it opens up the shared folders + the shared printers.
but on the network no one can see the shared printer.
the Firewall and Av's are off, and i try to ping and i get the following

Have you tried to reinstall the printer form one of the computers on the network?

Are the any permission issues?

haha, sorry for the late reply, but no i didn't re-install, just thinking of going through the pain of waiting, but i will and let you know.
And in regards to permission ,no, i don't see any, everybody uses it.
but i will re-install on monday and update
