What games can my pc play?

I'm not sure what all I can play with my pc. I'm hoping you guys could help me out.

Specs: Windows 7 home premium 64 bit
AMD Anthlon II X2 250u Duel-Core
NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE
640 GB HDD
4GB DDR2

I play counter strike mostly but I play portal 1 as well.
I'm just looking for a good FPS to play or games like portal

In order to play the new BF3 and MW3, you would need a high end card to run the game efficiently. I have the 6870 and I only play FPS games like Battlefield 3 and modern warfare/call of duty series.
