What program to show wattage AMD x6

Hey guys i have a x6 1055t and i want a program to show how much wattage its drawing, CPUID hardware monitor is wrong it shows as 141.6W but its a 125W CPU even after i droped my CPU voltage from 1.375 to 1.225.

1055 idle hits about 85/90 watts. Under full load its around 180/190 watts

125W TDP, not necessarily 125W power draw. The heat thrown out and the power used are two different things. You are running a computer chip, not a 3 bar heater, so not all of the power will go to heat because you are using the majority of the power on processing data. The cooling system is designed to dissipate 125W of heat, the chip is able to draw much more power than this, because it isn't 0% efficient
