hey guys i am thinking about getting a sound card for my system

which one is better or is there a difference between these two:

or is my onboard sound good enough? I have EVGA x58 motherboard:

what do you guys think? or are there better sound cards out there that are not that expensive?

if you want better quality for audio in your gaming and music it's better to install sound card for your pc. this enhance the quality on your gaming and improve the performance of your pc. there is only slight difference in the performance of of the cheaper soundcard compared to the other mentioned later. according to statistics given, the percentage of the users who bought the first product are more satisfied compared to the card with the higher price.

Actually, a dedicated sound card will produce the same results as the on-board audio. If you want better sound quality, get better speakers.
