Which PC should i get Pre-Build or a Scratch Build?

So i am casual gamer. i like to play games like modern warfare 2, WOW, or and starcraft Also my favirate bad company 2.
So is this PC Good for it?

It has a Nvidia 220GT can i run recent games at mid setting. i can either get that or this build i made

So Which is better that Refurbished Model Or the Build i made. Remember my budget is $500 and i am a casual gamer, and multitasking which one is better?

next time just post the links to the parts

your build is better. ddr3 ram, quad cpu, 5770... yeah, i'd say it is better.

although you won't be able to crossfire with that motherboard since it only has 1 pci-e slot (and the psu most likely wouldn't be able to handle it).
