Which should be faster?

Which is (should be) faster -

Acer Aspire 2010
Processor P4M Centrino 1.5 GHz
FSB 400 Mhz
Chipset 855GME
Int Cache 1024 KB
RAM 512 ddr PC-2700
Video ATI Mobility Radeon 9700 VGA, 64MB VGA (dedicated)
HD Speed 4200 RPM

OR

HP Pavilian ze4530us
Processor P4M Celeron 2.4 GHz
FSB 400 Mhz
Chipset Unknown
Int Cache 128 or 256 KB L2 (depending on who you believe)
RAM 768 ddr PC-2100 266 MHz
Video On board ATI Radeon IGP 340M using 64MB (I think) shared
HD Speed 4200 RPM

Both running XP and both with fresh installs and I have gone through the msconfig startup to clean out the extraneous stuff.

I know what I think the answer should be but it doesn't seem to be the case so I'm wondering if something is wrong? So I'm asking your opinion.

Even Though HP have more GHz the processor is the on thing that differs and is the only thing that matters. More over the Ram is of same Fsb with graphic card.Thus Acer is a better processor and computer than HP

I think that the HP one is better since i am having an acer laptop and i am not satisfied with its performance..
