Will slower gpu clock speed affect media?

I currently have an HD6450, but since I just bought a ZR24W IPS monitor, was considering upgrading my gpu to a 6570. Do you yhink it will make a noticeable difference, I don't play games just watch movies and surf.

The 6570 and 6670 are basically the same, but the 6570 has lower clock speed and has a fanless version that will suite my needs for a HTPC. What do you think?

There's very little improvement between the two so no, I don't think you'd notice a difference.

Only if you're going to game will you see a performance gain.
