My father's laptop (HP Pavillion g7) starts up just fine, but when choosing either "Start Windows Normally" or "Launch Startup Repair" the laptop appears to boot for a little bit, but then gets stuck on either the windows blue screen or a grey screen respectively. Any ideas on how to fix this?
