Trying to possibly catch cheating spouse. ? about Yahoo Photoshare

My question is, is there a record kept of photos sent and received using yahoo photoshare like email does or is it completely annonymous? Thanks in advance for any replies.
 
Pretty sure its fully anonymous.

If you want to dig into her computer history I would invest in spyware like SpyReady to monitor online activity. I use it on my 14 year old cousin and I use keywords so it emails me when she goes to a site with text she shouldn't be looking for. Emails me the site and pages she went to so I can view them from 1000 miles away.

If you think its a affair might invest in a GPS for their car and cell phone. So you can see if they go to "the spa" for the day but instead go to someones house every few days.
 
Yeah, I'm already planning to go the GPS route but I think most of the shadyness has been on photoshare. I just want to know if its possible or is just an open portal between 2 computers with no record or what is sent or received.
 
Best way is to google a software that can capture such files and save them in a locked folder they cant access.

I heard of it but I dont know any names of the software.
 
If you happen to be worried about a daughters/wifes communications...Take the computer away...Don't spy!!!!!!
Any software you use to spy is illegal !!!!!

Google for Keylogging softwares they're not illegal if you own the computer it's installed on or the person who's computer it is agrees(unlikely in your case)
you may want to try one of these instead (damn I'm crafty) ;)

You would think so but... what if someone is using your PC for Illegal activities such as FRAUD,DRUGS, etc?? Who gets cuffed if they trace it back??:eek:

I would have thought it would be better to nip it in the bud before it got that far because I'm buggered if I would do time for someone elses illegal activities!!!

But this situation from the OP is a completely different situation;)

If you don't trust your wife, your marriage is already doomed. Spying on her is just going to make things worse, especially if she find out about it. If she's innocent and finds that you've been spying on her, you and your suspicious nature are to blame, not her. I know if I caught my husband spying on me, my marriage would be over.

Try something old fashioned like talking to her... COMMUNICATE. If your marriage was strong there would be no reason to fear a cheating spouse.

And you would let such an unsavory person use your computer for that?
I know who uses mine and when. It is always and only me.

firstly thats illegal
secondly its unethical
thirdly if you dont trust her then you marrige is already over
fourthly if you cant talk to her about this then you marrige is effectively over

I would never dream of doing something like this to my wife, if i felt she was cheating I would talk to her about it. If i still didnt believe her then I would leave her....so what if you find out she isnt having an affair??? do you think that will solve you problems?

NOT correct, i have been throught his in a previous thread, you are not allowed to log the activities of anyone who might reasonably be assured there activities were private. Even if the machine is yours. You cannot install keylogging of web browser logging or anything that will log the activities of some else (unless they are a minor). A similar example would be:- I cant install a camera in my toilet and film when my guests go to the toilet, its an invasion of privacy in a situation that they should reasonably assume is private.
If you obtain their consent or the environment is one in which a reasonable person would assume there is a likelihood of there activities being monitored then it is ok. i.e. If i film someone going to the toilet on the street.

Maybe it's just an American thing(law) but the articles(if correct of course) quite clearly state that keylogging is NOT illegal!!!
