Trojan and AntiVirus Hijack this log

Okay so I come home to hear that my computer cut off on my bf while I was away. No big deal. I start it back up and now I have my windows shield telling me that I have a trojan and multiple antivirus. It's telling me to download virusreponse 2009. I don't trust it. Someone help!

Is everyone stumped? I've been trying to research it as much as I can. I've tried removing any files associated with it. But it's tied in somewhere. Not an expert!
It doesn't seem to be slowing down my pc or anything but I keep getting annoying pop ups. Is there anything I should avoid doing on my pc besides the obvious banking and such? I've read that it can steal passwords.

Yes I am. It isn't much except a windows shield that is flashing from red w/X to blue w/? Occasionally it tells me I need to download and PURCHASE Virus Response 2009 because I have multiple spyware detectors that aren't working properly or something stupid like that. Everything else seems fine besides that. I am going to bed. (5am) I will turn off my pc and check on it in a few hours. Thanks so much for your time! You guys are great!

Okay awake again! Well I have a 2 yr old I don't get much sleep. I was wondering if this type of trojan could have came from a myspace application. I've wondered about them since day one. Anyone know anything pro or con about them?

It looks like this log was taken after doing the steps I asked for earlier, the files aren't there anymore. Can you post a new Hijackthis log, and how are things now?

ok having the same problem on my moms laptop
but i believe the program is called Stopzilla
i uninstalled it but not sure if there is still a threat
