This is probably my most favorite part of enthusiast niche. It's what separates us from the average joes. Plus, it seems cooling hardware depreciates less than the actual hardware itself. With that being said, let's see 'em boys.

Couple of Waterblocks. XSPC Delta V3 and XSPC H20 Chipset block, I also own a TRUE, and a Thermochill PA120.2 Radiator and a Laing DDC Ultra 18W pump with the XSPC Reservoir Top.

I'll post water cooling pictures in a few days...

I'm also considering doing something "interesting" in the near future: Tubing attached to my tap, going in to my waterblock, the other tubing going back into the sink, and running no pump/res.

Now, I'm aware of the effects of using non-pure water in things like this, but it should be fine for a short amount of time.

Water is very cold here just now, ~5C.

It should be fine for a bit, but you're going to have to clean out your waterblock afterwards...

How are you going to keep air bubbles out of the line? You could still have it go through a res and not lose much water temperature.

I came to this realisation about 4 minutes after my post. :p

I'm not sure if it's even worth my time, to be honest. I might just make a bong and be done with it.

sure you dont fancy a pint guys? :no: waiting for the gear to arrive from aquatuning and im cutting out a plexiglass lid today. gona make a start on lining it since i dont want to mix metals aswell as cleaning up those edges obviously. plus the sanding down and painting to be done soon ;)

cba resizing anymore. Managed to get the load temp down to 6C with an ambient of 22C in the end with much fine tuning.

where did you acquire a case for that phase change unit(if you built it yourself)? here's a picture of my old setup before i killed one of my gtx 285's and sold the other:
