PS4?...thought this day will never come.

yea because the ps3 nearly bankrupted them or something. unless they have come back? suppose was the same thing with final fantasy the first one was made and was meant to be last thing they ever did because they were broke but it just took off
 
Sony owned the 5th and 6th generation console wars by far,but is losing the 7th console wars by far.the reason Sony might not release a PS4 is because they lost so much on this generation console.the reason they did so good on the 5th and 6th generation is because they were first to the market, and was second to the market with the 7th generation(Xbox 360 beging 1st to the table).if they do launch a PS4 they would need to be first to the table like in the 5th and 6th generation to be ahead.
 
yea, and im pretty sure Microsoft announced a new console, 720 to be released late 11 or early 12, so i dont think they will be first also nintendo is thinking about a wii 2
 
yeah, i believe there is a 720 in the works,i think i even read something about it, as for the wii.

oh just to throw this in there; i was told not to buy a 3D t.v because its probably going to get replaced by the technology that the nintendo 3DS has,to where you dont have to wear glass to experience 3D.i searched and asked for the specs that it will have and no one knows.supposedly its going to have better graphics than the wii.

yea that's why i didn't buy one, if they can do it for the 3ds they could just do it on a bigger scale, and i have herd rumors about a interactive one, so you can touch the projections that come out, don't think it will happen for a long long time though

are yall saying that the idea of there being a ps4 is fake or the image that is displayed on that site? because if its the image, i agree.i dout by far thats the real image of the ps4, but i do agree that there will be a ps4. just because 90% of games played are on consoles,not pc's.pc gaming is not at its prime yet,give it another console generation for pc gaming to atleast come even with the consoles.once more people buy pc games than console games is the day that the console war will end.but i do think if they do release a ps4,xbox 720 and the wii 2 it just might be the end to a good thing.

Games do push the PS3 to its limits, using current techniques. Dev's are having to think up completely new ways of coding parts of their games to eek out a bit more performance out of both the PS3 and the 360.
 
they cant improve the ps4 enough they wont bother and seriously. who cares? we dont need a ps4 its just more money for us to spend its already got the highest specs of any console

More people play PC games than play console games, this whole "consoles are more popular" is a myth. Even if you were to take out the casual games, like your facebook games and what not, proper, store bought and f2p PC games are still more popular than consoles. The only time a console is ahead is in sales on the Wii, it has sold more game units than PC game units have been, but if you look at the total combined sales for the 360 and PS3, the PC beats that by a hell of a long way. PC gaming is still going amazingly strong, and that isn't set to change.

The "fakeness" is the entire article. The only potential shred of truth is in that there may be a PS4 released. About it looking like that, about it being in 2012, about everything else except for there to be a potential for Sony to market another console in the future
 
lol if they're going to fake something like that they can at least do better than the horrible concept controller everyone thought they'd have for ps3.
