Can someone who formats pc see the browsing history while he formats the pc?

Can the person who formats my pc find all my browsing history WHILE he does the format? I know that after the format he wont be able to but what about while he formats it? Does the browsing history show up on the screen?

depends on how he formats. the formatting process is totally unconnected to the checking your history process
If he has the ability to start your machine and log on then yeah he probably can (assuming you don't have different user access level)

As the other user said in your other post, no. You cannot see anything besides disk partitions when you are formatting.

agreed, and I'm reading between the thick lines in interpreting what the user is really worried about

plus you can format a partition from window and install an OS
