Nuetab Air 7 problem.

hello, i just got a Neutab air for about 75 bucks, it was great, but when i plugged it in the charge, the battery level just stays at %58! i have left it for like 20 min, and has not changed!!! i think its because the tablet cant sense the battery changing well enough?

plz help.

What is the amperage of the charger rated at?

If 500ma I'd either find a higher amperage charger or turn it off while it's charging.

Hmmm, well its the charger that came with the tablet.

And, BTW, it SAYS its charging, but it never changes

Leave it plugged in, not used and you should see a light on it designating its charging. Could also be a bad internal battery.

or maybe it is charging, but the battery meter is not working. i will do what you said.

Nope, its new, the link you just posted is the same thing i got, and, i did get it from amazon new.

To charge over night, it worked!! I found out that you have to charge it for along time before you try to charge it fast!
