Final look inside before i close it up

Done~

****Troubleshoot time! Why does nothing happen when i plug in the power? lol****

By nothing i mean no fans, lights, etc, even the power supply fan doesn't turn on!

EDIT After remembering some stuff from class, i tried jump starting the psu with the paper clip trick, and it worked, along with the system fans.

I guess i have no choice but to take out the motherboard and try starting it on a non conductive surface with minimal parts attached to see if it's even working.

Do you have the switch on ? :P

Make sure the mobo isn't touching th case and recheck all your connections, also make sure you didn't get the reset switch mixed up with the power switch.

I hope you get it fixed :(

After a succesful power on with the MB outside the case, i'm starting to think that may have been the problem -_-

I'm gonna start putting it all back together again and see if it works this time.

Turned on!

Well glad its not a hardware issue, so i guess the mobo was touching the case somewere? lol, make sure you have all the brass stubs in the right place too

Yeah, i guess the mobo was touching somewhere, or i mixed up the power switch cable

Im not sure what you mean by 4 pin or 8 pin, but if you mean the main MB power plug, it does need that extra 4 pin piece added on.

It seems to be working inside case with Dvd and HD connected!

I'm going to just put in everything and close the case now

Looks like everythings good, dunno what happened the first time, but thats ok

No not for the main plug. You need to plug it in. I have the same motherboard. It has a cover over 4 of the pins so you can use a p4 plug from the psu and use the 8 pin plug from the psu like I did. I posted a pic of where it's located. I believe it is a required connection.
