Come one people help me please, I need a new computer!

So here's the deal, which one of these two computeres are the best for gaming?

I really need to know which one is the best for the money. The first computer costs 1619 USD, but with it comes a 22 computer screen. The second computer costs 1641 USD, no screen comes with it.

Both links are in a foreign language so you guys should only read the computer details.

I really really need to get myself a new computer your help is trully apreciated. Also could some one give me a quick learning on whats inside a computer? Like what is a hardware, what is ram and such infomations.

Speaking about computers, I'm a true newbie!

hmmm. the first one looks good but the graphics card isn't good. i can't tell how much RAM it has as it's not stated.
Kraftfuld stationær PC fra Fujitsu-Siemens med Intel Core™2 Quad Q6600 processor, 512MB 512 MB nVidia GeForce 8600GS grafikkort
it'll be fine if you don't have any intentions of intense gaming. the second link doesn't show anything.

would you like to build a system from the ground up instead of buying pre-made ones? you'll save a decent amount of cash because pre-built computers are priced higher than if you build one from scratch with the same parts installed.

i know you'll say you don't know how to build one. usually, the people where you buy the parts from, will install them. well, that's the case over here in the Philippines. ;)

The first one is supposed to be a gaming computer, I suppose its not a good one!

This is what I can tell you about the second computer:

Intel Core 2 Duo E8200 2.66GHz 2GB DDR2 PC6400 Ram
RAID-2x250GB Harddisk 7200rpm

6x SATA 300 RAID
NZXT Apollo Steel Black Kabinet
48x16x DVD Drev

This one is a bit more expensive, it costs 1665 US Dollars. ^

I would love to build the computer myself but I dont even know what a good graphic or sound card is, or what a netcard is, or for what sake what RAM is, so how could I be smart enough to build my own machine?

I suppose the shops in the philipines are more relaxed than the shops here, where i live you go in pay for the good and get out, so I really doubt that they would offer installing the product for me.

Im sorry to say this but, those are all total rip offs. All of those would play those games very good. The best one I would have to say is the last one (2xHD3870). Those two cards would kick some serious butt

of all of those that you listed, the 2nd computer on there is the one i recommend getting.

me and the other members here will help you out in picking out the parts that'll suit your needs if you want to build one from the ground up. just give us your budget. it'll save you a decent amount of cash.

The one that you reccomend would be perfect economically speaking, but what makes it better than the two most expensive ones?

My budget is 1666 US Dollars, but how on earth would i be able to build my own machine? I've never even opened a computer before, so who am I to build one? Building it just seems so far away from me, but as I said before I would love to do it. Knowing that I got 1666 US Dollars on hand how much would I spare of those 1666 dollars if building myself? I really just need a computer than can run games such as call of duty 4 and counter strike source, perfectly!

G25racer, what do you mean by rip offs? Which one of those are rip offs?

the one i recommended is the has the best SINGLE GPU from the choices paired up with a very good CPU. i've heard the AMD Phenoms weren't that good anyway.

the last one, the one with the E8200 and the 2xHD3870 is definitely the best on there. so if money is not a factor, go with that one.

g25racer means that with the pricetag on those comps are pretty high than if you build it yourself because they're already pre-built.

They all look the same btw.

No idea lol so dont ask me.

Unfourtunatly no windows comes with it, so I'll have to buy one from somewhere, any idea of where i can buy one really cheap?

that's the inside of a computer. you can buy any case to put parts in and any parts to put in any case (obviously they have to fit, but a case is just the outside and doesn't define what the computer specs are).

basically the big long thing that is flat and takes up the back wall of the computer is the motherboard. you screw that into the case and all of those separate pieces are things like the processor, the memory, the video card, the hard drives, etc. the big thing at the top left (that is hanging downward, it's at the tip top of the picture and most of it isn't even in the picture) is the power supply.

ignore the confusion of the wires, it's pretty simple that everything gets a power cord from the power supply and then there are a couple of other things that get wires connected to them, but other than that, the hardest part about building a computer is just being delicate with everything, as there are some pretty fragile parts and work space is very minimal.

if the already built computers have no operating system like windows on them, that's one of the most time-consuming parts of building a rig--installing the OS. you're definitely better off building on your own in that case. it's not as overwhelming as it seems.

If you're totally unwilling to build your own - which I understand - then I think the last on your list is the best choice. You're in Germany, right? Here's a few searches that may help you find an OS

Windows Vista

Windows XP

NewGuy thank you so much so much, I just got a fe questions.
The power supply isnt it on the right side of the picture?, and how am I supposed to know wether the pieces will fit inside the case or not?

Those wires just seem so confusing and it makes it all so much harder.

The computer doesnt come with a system, but why would that make it all so complicated? Wont I just have to buy a windows xp (or vista) CD and install?

Mep96, I live in Denmark and I was looking for some cheap cd's didnt expect them to cost so much. I've got some windows xp installation cd's along with one vista, I just dont know wether they will work on the new computer. I could always just buy a new one, but its quite expensive so I'd prefare not to.

Both XP and Vista will work on the new computer. If you have the disks with a legitimate product key, there's no need to purchase anything new.

I've used the Vista before and once, I triet installing it a second time on another computer, after a few weeks the computer stopped, so I had to install the original XP again.

I've installed the windows xp cd's many times before on many computeres with no problems. I've got two of them, recently one of them wouldnt start because of some file missing on them, the second I am still looking for.

Yeh I just read through it all, its not that tough as I can see, but the wireing was not explained propperly so I'm still a newbie on that subject.

Would it not simply cost me too much if building on my own?
