I reformatted my laptop and reinstalled Windows XP Business. It doens't recognize a wireless adapter and I cannot get online. I have a computer with a linksys router. My laptop used to pick up the signal. The error message is "failed to query TCP/IP Settings. I tried to ping my IP address and the message is "unreachable".
