i Know the Budget is really Low But..

good except for the ram. save on the ram by getting 1333mhz or 1066mhz ram and use that extra money to get a 5770!

I'd go with the Phenom II x2 just because I would take a gamble @ unlocking :)
If that's the case, a new motherboard might be a smart investment. Either Gigabyte or Asus mobos w/ SB 710 or 750 should do the trick.

Just throwing it out there. :)

Heyy..Sorry For the 'Very' Late reply....What if i increase my budget to around 900$...Could i get Phenom X4 and A better GPU?...
Is Phenom II X4 as Good As i5 or better??

I would be looking on Craigslist, I have seen some really nice used computers with goods specs for $600. Just a thought.

would make it much easier to fit better components inside, as seeing some of the choices were borderline, 900 would probably make the upper end stuff that was being mused about, fit into your budget
