That PSU is a complete and utter piece of shit. It has either 21A or 23A on the 12V rail, dependant on where you read on that website, however you need minimum of 26A for any PCIe card. That PSU will not do and is a waste of money.

Although this Corsair CX600W is 150W less rated, however much better quality and has 40A on the 12V rail. Well worth the extra $10 and an excellent example of where wattage means nothing.

Take home message: You cannot use that Diaboloteck (diabolic) PSU at all.
