So what Im trying to do is use an xbox 360 controller on my computer to play the pc version of TES4: Oblivion. I have a wireless 360 adaptor and the controller works fine with other pc games, (Fallout 3, Mass Effect 2, Minecraft, etc.) The problem I'm having is mapping wasd (Forward, left, back, right movement keys) to the joystick. In the 360 version direction change is seamless, while in the PC version the player only moves one direction at a time, there are no diagonal moves. I am currently using Pinnacle Profiler for key mapping, and my custom profile for Oblivion is better than most I've found, but still I cant get the movement to work right. Anybody with experience with key mapping, I would greatly appreciate your insight, because I'm stumped. Thanks!!
