Hi all,
I work as an IT Technician in 2 schools. I have an excel spreadsheet setup where staff access it from a shared drive and can put in errors and then i'll fix and update sheet. I also have printed out forms there can fill in.
I'm wondering if anyone might know of a free program where I can record all the repairs I do so I can keep on my laptop and access when i need to IE look up repairs done on a computer and see how many times it has been fixed and what was previously done. I don't won't to change how the staff report to me as they won't anyway but a way for me to easily lookup previous work done.
