On the above motherboard can you rum Windows XP 32bit or windows vista 32bit

And it will probably run Ubuntu, Linux Mint, Windows 98 and everything else. Motherboards are pretty much universal. The only thing to worry about are network and sound drivers which should come with LInux, and Windows, etc.

Doubt you can find drivers for Windows 9.x for that board, but yeah, there are drivers for XP and Vista x86 for that board.

Maybe some network and sound drivers, but still. And you could just get a 13 year old network and sound card.

Of course. It would be stupid to use a new motherboard and CPU with Windows 9X but I was just saying it's possible.
