I am trying to use some web softwares (https://code.google.com/p/easistentweb/)

and there is nothing to downlod and no way to try it. Is this projec empty or locked, or do I need some special software to look?

You can checkout the code via svn.

How can I do that? If I just click on link I get nothing? Does this mean it is empry or do I need some other program or addon to look this?

You need to install a subversion client and check out the code.

You need to checkout the code using the client.
The project page here:
https://code.google.com/p/easistentweb/source/checkout
says that you should use the url
http://easistentweb.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/easistentweb-read-only
when checking out the code.

I was going to say the same...

Also, you don't need an svn client just to grab the code, you can browse the tree with any browser https://code.google.com/p/easistentweb/source/browse/
