Video Card Advice Needed

Basically I do a lot of CAD in solid works and getting a bit sick of the on board graphics. I did post a little while ago and recommended increasing the maximum allocated ram to cpu but it hasn't actually made much difference, current specs:

Intel Pentium G2120 3.1 GHz
MoBo: Gigabyte GA-H61M-DS2
Ram: 8 GB 1333
HDD: 1 TB WD BLue + 1 TB WD Green

Can anyone recommend a video card that will work for doing CAD. I don't do any gaming and it needs dual DVI output as I have just bought a second monitor and want to run them both off this video card.

If someone could also post some specs that I need to look for in a video card as I just cant get my head around them

Any advice much appreciated

First of all, can you give us your PSU model?
Second, your CPU isn't that great for what you do.
And then the GPU, hmm, Idk if cuda features are included in CAD, but I think it includes it, so I'd go for an nvidia card that will do the job faster, what's your budget?

power supply is just a cheap 350 watt that came with the build

So is it worth upgrading the cpu to i 3/5 with hd4000 you think?

budget probally around £70 ish

i believe i looked into solid works a month or so ago and their gpu suppost list only show firepro and quadro cards (AMD and Nvidia's professional series), but i believe there were a few for under $100. Nvidia would probably be best, but you really would be better off if you replaced the power supply, oem ones are only meant to run what they came with and nothing more, and they aren't even the best for that. a corsair cx430 or cx500 would be good, then an nvidia quadro gpu, and an i5 would also be smart but i doubt you'll want to spend that much.

thanks for the replies. So is it worth upgrading to a second hand i5? or graphics card and power supply? which one will make more of a difference? I know there are a few variables

Could someone who let me know what I need to be looking for in terms of a video card as there is just so many to choose from e.g. how much ram does it need?
