Are Ergonomics Important to Your Station?

I'm not talking about the "ergonomic category" of furniture or equipment that costs an arm and a leg to acquire, from maybe a specialty boutique at the mall.

But anything that helps your posture and then some.

I really think exchanging ideas on this can help us everyday here.:good:

I have this architect desk that helps a great deal, for example.

Where I can elevate the monitor on the rear section and set the position for my arms, keypad and mouse at the front (table also slides in and out).

Maybe I could have phrased the thread better.

Anything that helps posture, comfort, or ease of use. That allows working over longer periods. Basically healthier tools when it comes to your body.

I use a standing desk and mechanical keyboard, need to get a trackball as well since I suffer from fairly severe RSI...
