studio xps 1640 windows 10 drivers

ok I don't seem to have drivers for windows 10 for Dell Wireless 370 Bluetooth card and I believe the graphics card is Radeo HD 4570 1gb, I cant find windows 10 drivers for these. it worked on windows 7. I just upgraded my laptop to windows 10.

Looks like the 4570 has windows 8 drivers. Windows 8 drivers will usually work.

I got the graphics driver to work but I have not gotten then Bluetooth 370 to work. windows 10 says boardcom Bluetooth software does not work on this version of windows. doesn't seem to make difference when I use compatibility mode.
