Computer buffers too much on You Tube

I have a brand new HP Laptop and notice that it is constantly buffering data while on YouTube. (A circle of little dots is rotating while it is doing so)
Anyone has an idea why it is doing so? I never had that doing it on my other computers, YouTube always played without interruptions. I have 8GB of memory, so that can not be that there is not enough of it installed. OS is Windows 10.
Any suggestions?

It will buffer at that slow speed. That speed is pathetic. Don't they offer faster speeds?

As per others, take a look at the speed package on your bill. What you're testing at currently isn't really usable for HD video and likely isn't the speed that you're paying for.

UPDATE - My provider is owned by the developer of my HOA, who also owns the cable system in the neighborhood. (That is why the basic speed is included in the fees. I upgraded to 3MB. Have no other way of getting an other system, the neighborhood cables are only for proprietary use.)
Called them and it turned out that there was nothing wrong with the system, but there was a malware in the laptop that kept the modem so busy, that it had only a limited time to devote to YouTube. Don't quite understand it, but used the Malwarbyte program to get rid of it. It worked and I can now watch YouTube as it was before.
Thanks fellows for helping me.

Fresh install time. Or at least recovery reinstall.
You seriously need to read threads before posting. This is a frequent problem with you.
