Which Is Better For Your Wrist??

I definitely had some wrist issues that were alleviated when I got a mouse pad with a gel wrist support. Still have them but it definitely helped.
I will say that you overall seating position and arm position have as much of an impact as your wrist placement though. I try and keep my elbow at least level if not slightly above my wrist.

What kind of track ball mouse?
They're novelty at first but good luck doing things like gaming. I always liked the giant kensington expert mouse ones, might have to dig one out of the garage.
Wrist wise it doesn't make a huge difference at least that I've noticed. Some people completely swear by the trackball though.

Yes it is, take breaks every 20 minutes to motorboat your mouse pad.
