hp 15 starts up to bios password

Hey im not sure where this belongs but i have a hp 15 f272wm that starts up to bios password. I have tried to use a bios master password website to no help and even brought a new hard drive thinking this would help. Im not sure what my next move should be any help would be appreciated.

You can try removing the flow battery or using the jumper if there is one. Usually this doesn't help. If this is your computer, you would know what the password is and remove it. If not, gonna have to contact hp for support. They will charge a fee for this.

There's a way to crack these pretty easily but given our rules I can't help you with how.
