Is my laptop temp normal while gaming?

Yup, if you're worried get a cooling pad to lower the stress on your fans and hardware.

Definitely, just read reviews online, can get decent ones for 30 bucks or so. They don't drastically reduce max temp but they make your fans work less hard and the overall drop in temperature throughout is good for longevity of the motherboard/GPU if you're doing a lot of gaming on it. Particularly if it's not a gaming laptop, you're liable to fry it after a couple years running it hot all the time.
