You don't have any devices

From Google play I'm trying to put in software so I can get a security camera to work which is "Netvue - Home Security Done Smart" but it said "you don't have any devices". What does that mean?

Do you have the camera on while you are trying to load the software and does your computer see the camera? It usually means it can't find the device (camera).
