Could admin please do a pinned post to "forums"

Could admin please do a pinned post to "forums" asking that when people ask for help they actually provide ALL the information needed for people to offer help rather than leave the helpers having to ask for more information time after time

We aren't a busy forum anymore that making a pinned post isn't gonna make a difference anyway. And if we need more information we can just ask for it. And depending on the issue, you most likely don't to list every piece of hardware installed.
 
Okay in theory but 99% of the low population of peeps we do have go straight to the 'new thread' button.

Even if you give someone a template they either won't fill it out completely or ignore it.
