High speed connection, takes 10 minutes to load page?

I have a custom made computer that has been running well for about a year now. About a week ago certain websites would take forever to load (Myspace, Ebay, TvGuide, and others) while other websites worked fine(Facebook, Google, Yahoo, Woot, and others). I currently use Mozilla Firefox but the problem also occurs with Internet Explorer. I cannot think of anything that I did to start the problem. I have ran norton antivirus, webroot SpySweeper, AdAware, Spybot Search and Destroy, and a Registry Cleaner, but nothing! The websites still load slow. (I'm talking 10 minutes per page, with errors all over) Here are my computer specs:

Microsoft Windows XP Professional

Pentium 640 3.2 GHz processor

512 x 2 (1 Gigabyte) of Kingston Hyper-X RAM

Gigabyte GA-8I915P Duo (Rev 1.1) Socket T (LGA 775) Intel 915P ATX Intel Motherboard

BFG Tech GeForce 6800 256 mb PCI Express video card

Onboard sound C-Media 8.1

Plenty of fans, no overheating problems

Thanks,

Matt

I thought the same, but the two other computers on my home network do not have this problem, and it does this with both Internet Explorer and Firefox, so I don't see how the browser could be the problem... Is this typical of a registry error? That is about the only thing I don't know how to diagnose, I don't know much about registry. If all else fails I may just reformat my hard drive...

Remember though that myspace is often slow... I occasionally have load time that long as well, but not very often or even at all with ebay.

It's not just myspace and ebay, it's probably a random 1/2 of websites I visit. When i search anything on google, about 1/2 of the links load, and 1/2 don't. Other examples of sites that do not work are TvGuide, Cnet, MSN, there is NO way that all of this can be a coincidence of those sites being messed up just for me. They have been working for both of the other computers connected to the same router as I am.

Run HJT and fix these lines, they are baddies:

I did as you said, ran hjt and checked those two items and clicked fix checked. I tried the websites immediatly after, and also tried to restart my computer then try to get on the websites, and they still did not work. Also something interesting, I ran hjt again and the two items were there again! I fixed them a second time, and tried the sites again, nothing, ran hjt again and they were gone. Restarted my computer, sites still did not work and they appeared again! I cannot figure out how to remove these! I did a search for "run once" on my hard drives, and it only found runonce.exe which appears in my Windows System32 folder. I googled runonce.exe and it appeared to be a legit windows file. Any ideas?
