6600GT or 5900 Ultra

6600GT 128bit 128mb gddr3 or 5900 Ultra 256bit 128mbddr2

which card would you think is best. i cant find any comparisons of the two.
The GT has faster core and memory clock speeds but its 128bit and although the nvidia card is slower it has 256bit which makes a big difference. any thoughts.

Sorry that is the 5950 vs. 6600gt vs. 9800xt but 5950 is close to the 5900 right?

Well from the look at those benchmarks it seems the 6600gt wipes the floor with the 5950 and it even beats a 9800XT in almost all tests. Even at 128bit. thats amazing.

yeah the 6600GT is clocked really high, its only loss is the 128MB memory & 128Bit memory interface. It really picks up where the gf3/4Ti left off because the FX series wasn't very good
