i use powerISO to run ISO files. its easy to use, reliable, and free. if you want some help getting it to work, download it and ask

hey i used this program called alcohol 120%, and it works like a dream, but its only a 30-day trial thing... are any of those free? and of them, which is supposedly easier to use?

poweriso is $30

daemon tools is free (although they now charge for the 'pro version)

there is no expiration on how long you can use the free trial on powerISO, and the free trial allows you to mount. so for what he needs it for, it is free

Yeah, one will support certain image formats that the other will not, so since they are both free, I just use both. This means I'm less restricted in what formats I can mount.
