imperial glory!!!!

why does my imperial glory is always having APPCRASH when I'm in the battle.

I'm using Vista is that why?
but many says it works on vista

I searched in Google... it seems that there is a patch that you can download to fix similar problem that others have faced.
try googling "APPCRASH in imperial glory"

I am not sure where you can download this patch but I figure the game's website should have this thing.
