    AVG or Norton

I personally use Bitdefender Free, but Windows Defender is perfectly fine as well. I would avoid AVG or Norton like the plague.

    RAM Issue

Only if the bios supports it. Dell/HP love to bios lock their desktops to specific chips back in those days.

    RAM Issue

Yeah going with a pair that had 2Rx8 and mixing with 1Rx8 sticks could be an issue. As john has said, you should really get matching sticks of ram. Especially older PC's.

How can places continue to supply molex to sata adaptors that catch fire without getting sued!

I mean... the better question is... who the hell still uses molex power connectors in 2024?

    PDF Format

I've got no issues with the PDF file format itself. Adobe Acrobat sucks tho... which is hilarious since they created the file format.

WIndows 10 Upgrade to win 11 or buy new

Your CPU is intel 7th gen core processors. There are work arounds to make Win 11 install on unsupported cpu's but these work arounds could close at any time from Microsoft updates. Honestly not worth the hassle. If your machine is still fine for what you do, I would suggest you just keep...

    Excel- running/moving monthly average

You can do this using Pivot Tables. Set up your spreadsheet with the columns as listed and format them as Tables and give it a name. You can then create a PivotTable for that named Table and you can get it to Sort and Calculate rolling averages per month.

    Hard drive to SSD

When you went through the cloning process with the software, when it told you to shutdown and set the bios boot sequence to the SSD, did you disconnect the old HDD for the first boot? Typically, when I clone OS drives over to another drive, once that cloning is completed and you have to set the...

    Time to leave Intel ?

Ehhh I've been talking about one for quite some time now. Probably ever since the 12900K era where those things draw 250W+ stock. lol

    Intel i7-Evo 13th gen

Probably not going to be an apples to apples comparison when you're looking at a laptop chip vs a desktop chip. But as @beers has said, it's not really the time to look at Intel's 13th or 14th gen chips right now. Especially those that draw more than 65W TDP. Recent news about them indicate...

    MS Outlook 2010 link issues

Yeah it should do #2 and #3. Those features aren't locked behind a paid email program. You can even set those up on the website version of outlook... which is also free.

    MS Outlook 2010 link issues

Microsoft has an outlook app you can download from their store page that's free. It doesn't have all the features of the paid one and has some ads they run in weird spots, but if you're just doing simple email things, you'll be fine. https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9nrx63209r7b?hl=en-us&gl=US
