Unless you're trying to run multi IP setups with your modem, I would put the router ahead of the switches.
Also, why are you making things complicated?

An Intel Arc A310 is probably your best bet. The spec sheet from Lenovo's website on your machine shows a pretty low powered power supply (180W or 210W)... which should be sufficient for the...
Technically any of them should work. The difference between mini and micro builds are what (features) gets shipped in the box.

Read through that chart to see what you need and install the version with it.
That being said... installing...
That's what my Task Manager shows for me regarding Bitdefender.
What's the application that's taking up most of your CPU usage on Task Manager? If all the bitdefender instances are at 0% like mine, it's not causing your slow down.
No. If your motherboard uses DDR4, it won't support DDR5.
The CPU technically does, but the motherboard doesn't. You would need a new motherboard that supports DDR5 for that generation of Intel CPUs.
Someone's done the research and put in a tier list together for PSUs. It's routinely updated as well to keep with the latest releases.

Anything in Tier C and above with 500W is fine.
What word processing program are you using and what email program are you using?
Typically, if you're using Microsoft Word and Outlook, copying and pasting between the two programs are pretty seamless.
The latest MSFS pulls imagery from Bing Maps. There's around 2.5 petabytes of data for the whole globe so it just streams it into your PC in the area you're flying.
You can download sections of it that you fly regularly to save you some data if you have a low data cap or slow internet. But...
obs streaming is quite demanding on the gpu depending on what settings you use.
Based on your analysis of comparing to your friend's build... which has a slower internet and a GPU, but doesn't have bad lag/stuttering in your obs stream. I'm going to point at the lack of a dGPU as the main culprit.
Picture provided seems sus that it thinks it's a 1050 and not a 1650 if that's the gpu it came with. Might want to DDU uninstall the nvidia drivers and reinstall the latest one to be careful.
But if it's already fixed because the dGPU is selected now, then you're probably alright.
