Depends, do you know the drivers are compatible? For example, Omega video drivers are not digitally signed. I get this error. But I know they work so I continue anyway. It's like this for almost all "aftermarket" drivers. It's possible that the drivers won't work, sicne Windows hasn't approved...

20C is great. The cooler the better. Most people like to stay in the 30-40C range for normal use. All processors are different, but you usually don't want to go above 50C even at load. It won't spontaneously combust at 51C, but it does kill it faster.

That's actually a program called Copy Commander. It runs off CD before XP boots, modifies/copies partitions. Yes it's the BrightView screen, very reflective. I can work on it outside, but obviously it looks best indoors.
