    There has been known issues with 13th and 14th gen cpu's for quite some time. I'm not sure about retail motherboard updates but it seems Dell has updates available. I have the 14600K and haven't noticed any issues.

    Have you tried using different web browsers? Scanned for malware using Malwarebytes? Have you tried using the bottom pcie slot for the video card? Just pulling at strings here.

    The driver date and version will be here. Unless you are connected via onboard video port instead of video card or something is up with your motherboard, I can't see the same thing happening to a different video card.

    According to online search it's either needing an updated bios, new battery, charging port or there is something up with the charging system. Would have to be taken in somewhere to verify.

    Just create a new local account, name it whatever and set it as administrator. Log out of that account and log into the other one and then delete your account. The new owner can either create a new account or rename existing.

    Hard Drive is suddenly "empty"!

    The only thing I can say is that the partition table looks intact, drive is still formatted and shows nothing is on that drive. So not sure where your data has gone unless its on a different drive like that external My Passport drive? You do have a "new volume" drive there with no drive letter...
